How to Find Us
Charlotte Imaging is located in the white building at the corner of Rideau Street and Charlotte Street. Please enter through the main entrance on Charlotte Street. Inside, you'll find two elevators—a big silver elevator and a small grey one—both are operational. Take either elevator to the 3rd floor and proceed to the end of the corridor. Unit 302 will be on the left side.
Parking Information Equipment Limits
Paid parking is available on-site.
Please note, there is no coin-operated machine. Payment can be made using the Indigo Neo app, website, or by scanning the QR code posted in the lot. If you prefer not to use these digital payment methods, free 1-hour street parking is available nearby. Please be sure to check local signage and only park where permitted.
For your safety, our equipment has a weight limit of 350lbs and a height limit of 6'5" at this location. If you may exceed these limits, please speak with your healthcare provider about alternate imaging options.
X-rays are closed for the day as our machine is down. We apologize for the inconvenience are working to restore it as soon as possible. Please note, x-rays will not be available March 26 - 27th at this location.
